Went to the Michael McIntyre gig at the NIA on Thursday.   Went in to Birmingham early to make sure no problems with traffic and parking.  Booked in at Strada at the Mailbox.  It was a lovelly evening so very pleasant walking along the canal,  the canalside area in Birmingham is now a real asset,  lots of pubs cafes and restaurants.   Really enjoyed the meal. MM  was really funny,  but hate the venue.  Huge,  MM was like an ant!  Mainly watched him on the giant screens. Seats cramped and uncomfortable.  Not enough outlets for drinks in the intervals massive queues,   even massive queues for the toilets.  Dick & Cat enjoyed the show,  which was good as it was Dick's birthday treat.
